About Mark Hurd

Mark Hurd is chief executive officer of Oracle Corporation, a member of the company’s board of directors, and a technology industry thought leader. Hurd has helped shape corporate direction at Oracle as the company shifts focus to the cloud. He oversaw the expansion of Oracle’s SaaS applications and cloud services through strategic acquisitions such as NetSuite and Taleo, and predicted an acceleration of cloud adoption. Hurd also led the creation of Oracle’s Class Of program, which recruits and trains recent college graduates. Prior to joining Oracle, Mark Hurd served as chairman of the board, CEO, and president of Hewlett-Packard, as well as CEO of NCR Corporation.

A graduate of Baylor University, Hurd serves on the Baylor University Board of Regents as Vice Chair of the Executive Committee and has supported the school’s tennis program through the creation of the Hurd Tennis Center. Oracle has also encouraged the growth of tennis through the creation of the Oracle Challenger Series, offering additional opportunities for competition in America.

About Safra Catz

Safra A. Catz is chief executive officer of Oracle Corporation and a member of the company’s board of directors. She previously served as president of Oracle and has also served as the company’s chief financial officer. Catz first served as Oracle’s chief financial officer from 2005 to 2008, as executive vice president from 1999 to 2004, and as senior vice president from April to October 1999. She served on the board of directors for HSBC Holdings, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations, from 2008 through 2015. Catz currently serves as a director of The Walt Disney Company.
