Introduction

In case you did not notice, you may be interested to know that most of the Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g platform is now supported on Java 7.  This is effective from WebLogic Server 10.3.6 and Oracle Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.6.

Architect

Mark Nelson is an Architect with Oracle, in the Cloud Infrastructure organization. Mark is working on projects involving Docker, Kubernetes, functions as a service, CI/CD pipelines, and lifecycle management. Mark is a Product Owner, sometimes a fill-in Scrum Master, and also writes code, tests, and does a lot of work on automation of build-test-pubilsh pipelines. Mark has spoken several times at the Oracle OpenWorld and JavaOne conferences, as well as at other industry events. Mark is a published author, with a book on advanced BPMN techniques. Mark has almost 30 years experience in the IT industry working across many different areas of technology, including a few years in Oracle's "A-Team" that provided fly- out crisis support.
