Kurt is a 30+ year veteran of the IT and Security space and has held a range of positions including CISO for a cloud security company in Dallas.  He has extensive experience in the compliance space having served two tours with Coalfire; first as a managing director where he opened a new region and was the PCI practice lead, and second as a CxO Advisor where I interacted with customers security leadership to help them with their transition to cloud.  Kurt has solid technical experience in cloud security and compliance and specializes in bringing the security value message to C-level executives across multiple industry verticals with an emphasis in healthcare, financial services and payments.  I have written and spoken extensively on information security topics covering cloud security and security for the payments and healthcare industries. As a member of the Field CISO team within the NACTE Security Specialists organization, he focuses on removing security as a barrier to OCI adoption.  He works closely with Oracle sales and product teams to engage with customer security executives and their teams on strategic and high value deals to help them understand how OCI can help them solve real world security problems.
