As a Field CISO on Oracle’s North America Cloud Infrastructure Engineering (NACI-E) team Leia's focus is advising customer CISOs and other executives on security and compliance issues related to technology and cloud, technical messaging and thought leadership, as well as providing strategic direction on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure products, services, and partnerships.
Leia came to Oracle as a former CISO, security risk executive and strategic leader with 20+ years’ experience across privacy, security, technology, and operations. Her broad experience shaping and championing comprehensive initiatives focused on improving security and information risk acumen for global organizations positions her well to help other organizations on similar, transformative journeys.
She studied strategic leadership and organizational change at Cornell University and served at a variety fortune 500 companies including JPMorgan, Bank of Montreal, Grainger, CNA and Toyota.
What she enjoy most about my work is building the relationships required to ensure the companies she serves are securely positioned for the digital transformation they need to evolve, grow, and thrive.
